Lab Fifty6 is located in downtown Austin and is easily accessible by car, bike, or rideshare. Street parking is available throughout the surrounding blocks and is metered during standard downtown hours. Be sure to check posted signage for rates and time limits. Several public parking garages are also located within a short walking distance of the space, offering hourly and daily rates. We encourage guests to plan ahead, allow a few extra minutes for parking, and consider carpooling or rideshare when possible.

The space is cleaned and reset between bookings to ensure a comfortable and professional environment for each guest. High-touch surfaces such as tables, chairs, door handles, and shared equipment are wiped down regularly. Trash is removed and replaced with fresh liners after each use, and common areas are checked and organized before the next booking. Restrooms within the building are maintained regularly as part of standard building operations. Guests are expected to tidy up after their booking by disposing of trash, wiping up spills, and returning furniture to its original layout. This helps ensure the space remains welcoming and ready for the next group.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
