About Detroit Hope Center

This spacious, multi-purpose venue is ideal for church services, conferences, concerts, community gatherings, workshops, repasts, seminars, performances, film shoots, photo shoots, and large group events. We also have space for small group meetings. The main sanctuary comfortably seats up to 300 guests and includes a stage area suitable for speaking engagements, panels, worship services, performances, and production setups. The facility also includes a large fellowship hall that works well for banquets, receptions, or dining events, along with classroom and breakout spaces ideal for meetings, training sessions, cast/crew holding areas, or children’s activities. A full kitchen is available to support catered events or meal service. Guests benefit from a private, well-lit onsite parking lot with space for approximately 90 vehicles, located directly adjacent to the building for easy access and equipment load-in. Media production support, sound, projection, and certain event support services may be available upon request, depending on event needs. The flexible layout allows events or productions to flow smoothly between gathering, meeting, dining, and staging areas, making the space adaptable for a wide variety of uses. Security cameras are installed in common areas and exterior spaces for added safety during events. The venue works well for both daytime and evening functions and can be configured to meet different event or production needs.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Our facility is cleaned and maintained regularly to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. High-touch surfaces, restrooms, and common areas are cleaned between events, and trash is removed after each use. Event organizers are expected to remove personal items and dispose of event waste, after which our team completes routine cleaning and preparation for the next guests.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
