This space sits inside a historic building with a lot of character. Exposed brick, tall windows, and original wood floors give it a natural texture that doesn’t feel forced or overly designed. The studio itself is open and flexible, built to adapt to whatever a project calls for. It works just as well for interviews and branded content as it does for product or lifestyle work. The layout makes it easy to shape light, build out sets, and control the environment without losing the feel of the space. There are a few more intentional areas throughout. A lounge that works for meetings or casual setups, and at an additional cost, there is a room with a more casual setup that offers a spot for simple interviews, etc.
Each part of the space serves a purpose, without feeling disconnected from the rest.
Overall, it’s a balance of character and function. A space that feels comfortable to be in, but is fully capable of producing high level work. There is also a backdrop that contains various colors, lighting options etc. Any Lighting requests do include additional costs!
