At THRōW Social® D.C., we take cleanliness and hygiene seriously to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for every guest. Our team follows a thorough cleaning protocol before and after each booking, with special attention given to high-touch surfaces and shared areas. All high-touch points such as door handles, railings, tables, seating areas, restrooms, and equipment are cleaned and disinfected using approved commercial-grade products. Restrooms are sanitized, restocked, and inspected regularly throughout events. Floors, bar areas, and common spaces are cleaned between bookings to maintain a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. Trash is removed promptly, and waste areas are sanitized to maintain hygiene standards. Staff members are trained on proper cleaning procedures and health-focused best practices. Hand sanitizer stations are available for guest use throughout the venue where applicable.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
