The studio offers over 2,000 sq ft of open space with first-floor access, making it easy to load in gear and build your set. Conveniently located off Route 5, near Route 15 and I-91, it’s just 25 minutes from New Haven and 35 minutes from Hartford. The space offers a dedicated office that can be used as a dressing room, green room, or small edit suite, giving crews extra privacy and workflow options. The studio is thoroughly cleaned and reset before and after each rental, including sanitizing high-touch surfaces, floors, restrooms, and shared equipment areas. We aim to provide a comfortable, safe, and production-ready environment for all guests.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
