I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected! As a mom, I understand that kids (and babies) need to have the space to be themselves in order to get the best shot. I want you to look back at these photos for years to come and immediately think back to how much fun you had - not how stressed you were. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We prepare Luxe at Pickford to be production-ready and event-ready for every booking. Our team completes a full reset between guests, including sanitizing high-touch surfaces, deep cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, refreshing linens when bedrooms are used, wiping down gym equipment, vacuuming/mopping all floors, and organizing all common areas so the space is ready for seamless use upon arrival. The cleaning fee covers the time, labor, and supplies required to: • Reset and stage a 3-level, 9-bedroom home • Launder and replace linens/towels (when applicable) • Fully sanitize bathrooms, kitchen, and high-touch areas • Clean and reorganize production/event spaces • Remove trash and restore the home to its standard layout This ensures each guest receives a clean, polished, professional environment—whether you're hosting an event, leading a workshop, or running a production.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
