THE PROPERTY
Our property is situated in a vibrant, medium-density neighborhood nestled on the east side of downtown Austin. As part of this dynamic area, the house shares its driveway with a neighboring residence which is occupied by the owner. Each home is isolated from each other ensuring an exclusive experience for our guests.
There is an unoccupied neighboring home with a balcony that can see into the backyard; however, the views can be blocked with large umbrellas that are available at no extra charge as their is potential for visitors to that home as it is currently for sale.
