Health and Safety Measures

• Professionally cleaned and maintained between each booking. Trash cans available for Licensee with additional bags and staffing if preferred. Licensee to properly bag and trash refuse for proper disposal • All floor areas, including the entrances and returns, doors, fixtures, and windows shall be maintained in a safe (spills shall be cleaned up immediately to prevent guests from slipping), neat, and clean condition. • All trash, refuse, and waste materials shall be placed by Licensee into the onsite dumpster on Premises following the Event. Licensee shall ensure that all trash, refuse and waste is stored in neatly wrapped bags on so as not to constitute any health or fire hazard or nuisance to any occupant of the building.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
