Your health and comfort are important to us. The studio is professionally cleaned by a dedicated cleaning staff between bookings. High-touch surfaces, shared areas, and commonly used equipment are thoroughly sanitized to ensure a clean and safe environment for every guest. We take pride in maintaining a well-kept, organized space so you can focus on creating without distractions. To help us maintain these standards, we ask that all guests return the studio to its original condition at the end of their booking. If you have any specific cleaning concerns or requests prior to your session, please let us know in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
