The Loft at Collection 14 is an exclusive and purpose-built event space located on DC’s vibrant 14th Street. With over 3,000 square feet and capacity for up to 200 guests the space has been created with a variety of users in mind, The Loft is ready for you to host an unforgettable and unique event that will wow your guests.
The space has both indoor and outdoor areas as well as a custom-built catering wing to provide vendors with everything they need to create and produce the ultimate event.
The outdoor terrace overlooks 14th Street and the 24’ ceilings inside provide a dramatic effect to enhance any special occasion.
The Loft can be purposed as an exclusive art gallery, used as a media launch space or for hosting a special occasion. The space is both intimate and spacious and with the electronically operated garage doors can be both an indoor and outdoor venue.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
