🧹 Cleaning Policy Trash bags will be provided by us for your convenience. However, all guests are responsible for removing their own trash from the property at the end of the event. All garbage must be taken with you upon departure. Please do not leave trash inside the space, on the street, or near neighboring properties. There are tenants living next door, so it is extremely important that no trash, food, or personal items are left outside or on the adjacent property. The space must be left as clean and organized as possible to avoid additional cleaning fees or extra charges deducted from the security deposit. Guests must also ensure the front gate is securely closed before leaving.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
