Our space is a versatile warehouse-style creative studio designed for video shoots, photo sessions, small events, panels, workshops, and content creation. The main area features an open, flexible layout that can easily be adapted to different production or event needs. Whether you’re hosting a panel discussion, filming social content, setting up a photo shoot, or running a creative workshop, the space provides a clean industrial backdrop with plenty of room to configure your setup. Paper back drop wall with 12 ft wide back drops in white, red and hunter green. Attached to the main space are working music studios, which can be used as unique backdrops for filming or content shoots. These areas add an authentic creative environment that works great for artist interviews, podcast recordings, behind-the-scenes content, and music-related visuals. Studio areas are available for filming with supervision. The space also includes air conditioning for comfort, a bathroom on site, and a large bay door for easy load-in and load-out, making it convenient for productions bringing in lighting and wifi.
