A professional cleaning service handles all post-booking cleaning. A cleaning fee will be applied to your booking in accordance with Peerspace guidelines. Before departing, guests are asked to: ∙ Dispose of all trash in the designated bins ∙ Rinse and leave dishes in the sink or load the dishwasher ∙ Leave used towels in the bathroom or laundry area ∙ Cover all outdoor TVs with the provided covers ∙ Cover the hot tub with the provided cover Please leave the space in the same general condition you found it. Our cleaning team will handle the rest.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
