We maintain a spotless, safe environment for every booking. Our thorough cleaning process includes: vacuuming/sweeping floors, mopping hard surfaces, disinfecting high-touch areas (doorknobs, tables, equipment, microphones), wiping down all furniture and studio gear, emptying trash, and restocking essentials. The space is fully sanitized and refreshed between each use to ensure a clean, professional setup ready for your podcast, recording, or event. Guests are asked to tidy up lightly and remove personal items/trash before leaving.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
