Large warehouse with a loft, bar and bathroom. Has been wired with party lights in ceiling and can support large sound systems electrical needs. Has an added space for quieter multi purpose room. Bar has an ice maker, freezer and small fridge. Full bar setup to display bottles with LED lighting. This place was made for parties with all black painted interior, black lighting, party lights and sound activated light curtain. Even has a stripper pole for those bachelor/bachelorette parties. To top it all off there is a loft for those that like to watch the party from above. Has one bathroom so larger parties will need to plan on porta potties, but smaller groups can be accommodated with it. Has heaters for the colder months and several large roll up doors to let in that cool desert night air during the summer. There is a 3 bedroom house next to warehouse that can be added for staying onsite also for an extra cost.
