About All Wet Raccoon Podcasting
This space is a flexible creative studio designed for podcasting, interviews, video production, and small photo shoots. Thew space also includes a welcoming waiting area, front desk, and lounge that can be used for guest check-in, production prep, or small meetings. The walls are covered in acoustic sound dampening panels.

The space is cleaned and reset between all bookings. High-touch surfaces such as tables, chairs, door handles, and equipment are wiped down and sanitized before each guest arrives. Floors and common areas are also cleaned to maintain a tidy and comfortable environment. Guests are asked to return furniture and equipment to their original positions and place any trash in the provided bins before leaving so the space can be quickly reset for the next booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
