About Center for Orofacial Myology
Our conference room offers a bright and versatile space ideal for meetings, trainings, and presentations. One end of the room features a wall of six windows, providing abundant natural light, while the opposite wall is equipped with a large wall-mounted TV for presentations and visual displays. The room includes eight 6-foot tables and 30 chairs, which can be arranged in a variety of configurations to accommodate different event formats such as classroom-style seating, workshops, or collaborative meetings. A rolling podium is also available for presenters, along with an HDMI cable to easily connect a laptop to the TV. For convenience, guests have access to two restrooms located just outside the conference room. This flexible space is well-suited for professional meetings, team trainings, and small events.

The conference room is cleaned and reset before each booking. High-touch surfaces, tables, chairs, and shared equipment are thoroughly disinfected to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for every guest.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
