About the Space
1200 square foot studio, 250 square foot lobby with single bathroom and 950 square foot open studio space. Dark red walls, 12 foot black ceiling, dark wood flooring. Hanging crystal chandelier in the center of the studio, string cafe lights in the ceiling, and black electric candles surrounding the space. Hanging bluetooth speakers. Available for photo and film projects and small private events. 3 hour minimum. Note: the studio is located on a private property so we do not rent for public events of any kind, or for teaching any kind of class or workshop. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
