Cleaning & Studio Care – The Creators Clubhouse At The Creator Clubhouse, we take pride in maintaining a clean, professional environment for every guest. Our team performs routine cleaning between bookings to ensure all recording and event areas, surfaces, and common spaces are refreshed for the next session. We kindly ask all guests to respect the space and leave it as they found it. Please dispose of trash, remove personal items, and avoid moving equipment unless assisted by our team. This helps us keep the studio clean, organized, and ready for every creator who walks through our doors.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
