Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
• The studio is disinfected and reset between every booking • High-touch surfaces, tables, chairs, equipment, and door handles are sanitized thoroughly • Backdrops and shared equipment are wiped down after each use • Floors are cleaned regularly and spot-treated as needed In addition to our in-house cleaning process, we have professional cleaners service the space every other week to ensure the studio remains fresh, polished, and guest-ready.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
