The Broadman House – Historic Jersey City Home with Light-Filled Lounge & Study
The Broadman House is a beautifully preserved 1925 home on a quiet one-block street in Jersey City, just minutes from New York City. This historic residence offers several distinctive interior spaces well suited for photo shoots, interviews, creative work sessions, and small productions.
The guest floor includes three character-filled rooms that can be used individually or together: a guest bedroom, the Blue Room lounge with large east-facing windows and an L-shaped sofa, and the Study / Reading Room with a desk and seating area.
The Blue Room receives beautiful natural morning light, making it especially well suited for photography, filmed interviews, and content creation. The Study / Reading Room provides a quieter workspace that can also serve as a prep or staging area.
High-speed fiber-optic internet (2000 Mbps download / 200 Mbps upload) is available throughout the house. TVs with streaming services are located in multiple rooms, and the study includes a desk and HP printer for work sessions or production needs.
The house sits on a quiet residential street, which helps minimize outside noise for filming or recording. A small neighborhood park is located one house away, and the campus of New Jersey City University is one block from the property.
Manhattan is less than six miles away and easily accessible by car, light rail, or bus.
