Features a charming central gazebo, a grassy lawn, and small fruit trees, creating a natural outdoor backdrop with multiple shooting angles and great natural light. The gazebo can be furnished for lifestyle scenes or left open for flexible staging. The space comfortably accommodates crews and equipment, and a private side entrance allows easy load-in without walking through the home. Enhance your shoot with optional add-ons, including a professional videographer/editor and a custom floral installation for the gazebo - made possible through trusted industry connections! - Indoor bathroom is included in the price of the rental. - Lounge furniture provided for smaller, intimate parties. - Tables & Chairs for over 20+ people can be rented for an additional fee. - Cleaning fee reflects both backyard & bathroom. Health and Safety Measures

Bathroom is cleaned and sanitized before & after each event. Gazebo is washed off and wiped down after each event.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
