Large Dining Hall with Beautiful Courtyard in Historic Church
About the Space
Perfect for birthday parties, quinceañera's, fundraisers, receptions, concerts, and events, Channing Hall is a 250 person dining-hall with an elevated platform, baby grand piano, room divider, and serving hatch to the adjacent kitchen. Just outside is a 100-person courtyard with gardens, fountains, and benches. A 50 person rec. room (Severance Hall) may be booked for an additional cost. We also have a 700-person historic auditorium (available for rent on a separate Peerspace page), so those seeking a wedding venue would have a place both for the ceremony and the reception. Film-shoots in need of a period location are welcome to scout the entirety of the building and add on additional rooms to the contract as needed.

This space is cleaned by staff before and after every event, and staff is on-hand during the event to assist in cleanup as needed.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
