About the Space
A purpose-built studio in the heart of Chippendale, steps from White Rabbit Gallery and within the Tech Central precinct. The studio is designed for high-quality podcast recordings, piece-to-camera content, and onboarding or tutorial videos — built for up to five people, but optimised for the intimacy of a 1–3 person setup. Two rooms: a soundproofed studio with built-in lighting and audio, and a separate green room with a kitchen and dining table for pre-session prep or client hospitality. Size in the booking is just the studio space, green room is additional in square meterage. Every booking includes: — 2× Shure SM7B podcast microphones + low-profile arms — 2× Aputure 200x key lights + 2× Aputure Ray 60c back lights — Teleprompter — Display monitor + camera switcher + HDMI/XLR cables — Interchangeable set configurations: couch, green armchairs, production desk, or empty floor — Three background options: full bookshelf wall, split shelves, or clean paper backdrop — Assorted props + autopole support beams — Green room access with kitchen amenities and roundtable Optional add-on: 3× Sony professional cameras + video tripods (additional fee applies)

Health and Safety Measures
Our team cleans and disinfects all common areas including the kitchen, studio, equipment, and bathroom between each booking. We also have hired cleaners for frequent deep cleans.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
