A bright and versatile natural-light creative studio and boutique event space located on North Pearl Street in Ruston near Point Defiance and Point Ruston. The approximately 600 sq ft space is ideal for photoshoots, workshops, meetings, baby showers, intimate gatherings, and small celebrations With its warm, inviting atmosphere, hardwood floors, and flexible layout, the space can be easily arranged for seated events, classes, collaborative sessions, or open creative use. It accommodates up to 30 seated guests or 40 standing. Connected to the space is Bloom Society, a curated gift shop featuring unique gifts and locally sourced goods, offering guests the added convenience of browsing during open shop hours. A rear entrance and small hallway provides access to another studio within the building, and guests may occasionally see individuals passing through that area. Guests also have access to a shared indoor lobby area with a microwave and designated tables for light use. Located in Ruston just minutes from Tacoma, Point Defiance Park and Point Ruston, with nearby restaurants, waterfront views, and local amenities.

The space is cleaned and reset between every booking using Melaleuca’s EcoSense® line of non-toxic, environmentally responsible cleaning products. High-touch surfaces and tables are sanitized with an EPA-approved, food-grade disinfectant. We prioritize a clean environment that feels fresh and safe for guests, without the harsh chemical odors often associated with traditional cleaning products.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
