🧼 Cleaning & Sanitization We take cleanliness seriously to ensure a safe and professional environment for every production. The home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each booking High-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, remotes, countertops) are disinfected between guests All linens, towels, and soft surfaces are professionally laundered Floors, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas are deep cleaned prior to arrival 🎬 During Your Booking Productions are expected to maintain general cleanliness throughout use Please use trash bags provided and keep the space organized during your shoot Food and beverages should be contained to designated areas when possible 🧹 After Your Booking Guests are responsible for basic cleanup, including: Bagging all trash Removing any production materials, props, and equipment Returning furniture to its original placement A standard cleaning fee covers normal turnover; however: Excessive mess, spills, stains, or damage will incur additional cleaning charges 🧽 Production-Friendly Note We understand that productions can get busy—our goal is not perfection, but respect for the space so we can continue offering a high-quality environment for all guests.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
