A perfect indoor/outdoor space for meetings, events, and family gatherings. The inside space offers 1800 open space with seating for 60 people. A large porch offers ample shade with seating for up to 40 people. There is an additional upstairs loft (14' x 25') that offers a small lounge with intimate seating for 8-10.
This property is located on 28 acres, just off Hwy 290 in Hye. There are multiple wineries and eateries in either direction. This property is located 30 minutes from Fredericksburg and 7 minutes from Johnson City.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned within 24 hours of arrival. There are two outdoor bathrooms (still covered by the porch) that can only be accessed through outside. These were built during covid to ensure proper distancing. Bathrooms are sanitized and cleaned before every event.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
