We take cleanliness seriously to ensure every guest has a safe, comfortable, and high-quality experience. The Treehouse is thoroughly cleaned and reset between every booking using the following process: Between Every Booking • All high-touch surfaces are disinfected, including: • Tables, bar tops, and seating areas • Door handles and entry points • Light switches and remotes • Floors are swept, vacuumed, and spot-mopped as needed • Trash is removed and liners are replaced • Furniture is reset to its original layout • All visible dust, debris, and residue are removed Food & Drink Areas (if used) • All surfaces are sanitized and wiped down • Any spills or sticky residue are fully cleaned • Guest-provided items must be removed at the end of the booking Restroom (if applicable) • Toilet, sink, and handles are disinfected • Mirrors and surfaces are cleaned • Restocked with basic supplies (toilet paper, paper towels/soap) Air & Freshness • Space is aired out between bookings when possible • Odor-neutralizing methods are used (no overpowering fragrances) 🔍 Final Check • Full walkthrough is completed before the next guest arrives • Any damage or excessive mess is documented
