Our All-American House is actually two dwellings with a pool in the middle! It's tough to capture our style in a word, so let's try a few... Bright, Clean, Hamptons, meets Hawaiian, meets Modern Farmhouse meets Craftsman. We have 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths. You will love our bunk room with 6 built-in floor-to-ceiling bunk beds! High-end, all white kitchen. Stylish, high-end plumbing and light fixtures. Pristine backyard complete with a crystal clear-blue pool surrounded by grass. A fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs and pea gravel. We love all things film and are open to having walls painted and furniture moved as long as everything is put back the way you found it!

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
