At Opal & Oak, we take pride in providing a pristine, professional environment for every creator and couple. To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and presentation, we follow a rigorous cleaning process between every booking: Professional Sanitization High-Touch Surfaces: We thoroughly disinfect all high-touch areas, including door handles, light switches, rolling wall grips, and common surfaces using hospital-grade cleaning agents. Studio Sets: Our furniture and props are inspected and wiped down after each use to ensure they are camera-ready for the next guest. Floors: All studio floors are swept and mopped between sessions to maintain a polished look for your photo and video productions. Freshness & Air Quality Ventilation: We utilize our HVAC system to ensure proper air circulation throughout the 1,200 sq. ft. space. Trash Removal: All waste is removed from the premises immediately following each booking to keep the studio smelling fresh and looking tidy. Guest Responsibility To help us maintain this standard, we ask that all guests: Remove all personal décor, catering remains, and trash by the end of their scheduled time. Avoid prohibited items like confetti or glitter, which require specialized deep-cleaning services. Reset the space to its original layout so our team can focus on deep sanitization rather than reorganization. Our goal is to provide a space that feels brand new every time you walk through the door, allowing you to focus entirely on your creative vision or special moment.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
