The main entrance is located at the top level of the home. From there, a staircase leads down to a dramatic living room featuring approximately 14-foot ceilings and a large skylight above, allowing natural light to pour in throughout the day. The space offers consistent ambient daylight, making it ideal for lifestyle, editorial, fashion, and commercial shoots that benefit from soft, even lighting. The property also features an outdoor deck with a separate exterior entrance. The deck is surrounded by mature trees, allowing productions to step directly into a natural environment while still enjoying beautiful scenic views. This area is well suited for nature-forward, intimate, or atmospheric outdoor shoots. Please be advised that the outdoor deck is currently in a transitional condition and has not been structurally reinforced. Guests choose to access and use the deck at their own discretion.
