You can easily connect your PC wirelessly or plug directly into the 75" 4K TV using HDMI or casting for seamless presentations. For virtual meetings, the space includes The Owl Pro, a 360-degree camera with clear audio, compatible with your preferred video conferencing software. The room features four comfortable, modern chairs, a 4-foot table perfect for laptops or casual meetings, and a large mobile magnetic whiteboard (with an additional board available upon request) for brainstorming and note-taking. To enhance your meeting experience, optional add-on services are available with 48-hour notice during business hours. A drink package includes in-room coffee, bottled water, and tea for $5 per person, while a snack and drink package offers coffee, water, tea, canned soda, and a variety of snacks such as chips, granola bars, and candy for $10 per person, with limited customization available. Please note that these packages are charged per guest and, if not prepaid, will be billed for the entire group if used by any attendee. Pizza catering is also available, featuring Costco cheese or pepperoni pizza, delivered between 12 pm and 1 pm—just be sure to include your preferences and quantities in your booking notes.
