About Fifty First Street
Our 500 sq. ft. rental studio is a bright, flexible space designed for creativity and connection. The studio features two large worktables with seating for up to 14, making it ideal for workshops, small events, or collaborative work sessions. Natural light fills the space through the front windows, with the option to close the curtains for full privacy when needed. Floor-to-ceiling white curtains in the middle of the unit provide a clean, neutral backdrop—perfect for photography, content creation, or styling. In the back, a small kitchenette adds convenience for longer rentals, while open shelving throughout the studio can be used for staging, displaying products, or hosting a pop-up gallery. Free parking and coffee shops/restaurants nearby makes access easy for you and your guests. This studio is also an active workspace for working artists and light onsite support may be available during your booking for quick adjustments or questions. All tools, materials, and supplies within the space are strictly off-limits to renters. Any use, removal, or tampering with these items will result in an additional fee. Whether you’re hosting, creating, or showcasing your work, this studio is designed to adapt to your needs.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is regularly swept, mopped, vacuumed and cleaned. I supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Please collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other brought in amenities and take them with you. Remove garbage and dispose of in the trash bins in the alley.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
