We take cleanliness and studio readiness seriously to ensure every guest has a seamless, professional experience. Before each booking, the space is thoroughly cleaned and reset, including all high-touch surfaces, production areas, and common spaces. Equipment, podcast setups, and studio stations are wiped down and organized to ensure they are ready for immediate use upon arrival. Between bookings, our team performs a full walkthrough to reset furniture, remove trash, and restore the space to its original layout. Floors, restrooms, kitchen areas, and shared spaces are cleaned and maintained to a high standard. After each session, guests are expected to complete basic cleanup (removing trash and personal items), while our team handles the deeper cleaning and full reset. Our goal is to provide a consistently clean, professional, and production-ready environment for every client.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
