After each booking, the space is professionally cleaned and reset, including: • All high-touch surfaces disinfected (door handles, switches, countertops, furniture) • Bathroom fully cleaned and sanitized • Floors swept, vacuumed, and mopped as needed • Outdoor areas tidied and reset • Furniture returned to original layout • Trash removed and bins sanitized • Kitchen and food prep areas wiped and disinfected • Mirrors, glass doors, and windows cleaned as needed Outdoor Space Cleaning • Patio seating wiped down • Fire pit area cleaned and inspected • Deck and turf areas cleared of debris • Lounge furniture reset and cleaned • Outdoor surfaces sanitized as needed Fitness Studio Cleaning • Equipment wiped and sanitized • Floors cleaned and reset • Mirrors cleaned • Equipment returned to original placement Bathroom Cleaning • Deep cleaning and sanitization • Towels refreshed (if applicable) • Sink, tub, and shower sanitized • Mirrors and fixtures polished Pre-Arrival Inspection Before each booking, we complete a final walkthrough to ensure: • Space is clean and staged • Furniture is properly arranged • Lighting and amenities are ready • Outdoor areas are guest-ready Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and professionally maintained space for every guest, whether you’re hosting a shoot, content creation day, or small event.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
