ALL EVENTS HAS TO BE BOOKED UNDER 'EVENTS LISTING'*** Welcome to Studio Clyx 3, a warm, sun-drenched loft steps from the Morgan Ave L, designed to feel like an escape from the city. The space comes fully equipped with a built-in marble bar, curated vintage designer furniture, and natural light all day. With its rich textures, warm tones, and editorial character, it inspires creatives across every genre from photographers and filmmakers to musicians, brands, and beyond. Perfect for photo shoots, intimate events, cocktail parties, and brand activations. EQUIPMENT: We provides 4 C-Stands, 2 V-Flats, 2 Sandbags and 1 x Godox 200W Video Light. All other lighting EQ and seamless backdrops - white, grey, beige -are Add-ons. Please inform us 36 hours before your shoot as all add-ons are subjected to availability. See below for EQ List. FREIGHT: This is a self service studio on the 3rd floor and you will be provided with access code and instructions on entering the building. There is a freight elevator available for passengers with heavy items only, it is opened from 8AM to 4PM. Do allow for 5-10 minutes for the operator to arrive after being called and let us know in advance before your booking. Please note that we are on the 3rd floor. MUSIC: There are other artists and studios in the building so we kindly ask that you moderate the music and noise from 7am to 5pm. Loud music is only allowed after 5pm. CLEANING: To ensure the studio is affordable for our guests, we don't charge a standard cleaning fee for productions but we ask that you keep the space clean and leave it in the way it was presented. If the space is left unclean or disorganized, there will be a cleaning fee of $50 charged. SMOKING: No smoking allowed in the space. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
