About the Space
A 2,200 square foot air conditioned/heated space for creatives just 10 minutes from the Las Vegas international airport. Featuring a 36'x28' marley dance floor surrounded by 23' ceiling to floor matte black theater curtains and blacked out ceiling. And at it's center, a (coverable)19.5x11.5 foot LED screen. Having already been host to many short films, Netflix productions, music videos, and countless passion projects. Our space is ready to facilitate any small to medium sized production! An 8' wide by 12' tall garage door allows vehicle access to most cars and medium sized trucks. We have multiple practical effects available as add ons. Most notable being our professional ground fogger! Access to an aerial rigging point on a 4:1 pulley system is available upon request. Use of the LED wall is an add on and it is covered by a large curtain by default.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
