Health & Safety Guidelines The Genesis Experience To ensure a safe, clean, and professional environment for all guests, please review and follow the guidelines below: ⸻ General Cleanliness • All guests are expected to maintain cleanliness during and after their booking • Wipe down all used surfaces, tools, and stations before leaving • Dispose of all trash in designated bins ⸻ Sanitation Standards • High-touch areas are cleaned regularly between bookings • Hand sanitizer is available for guest use • Beauty professionals must sanitize tools and equipment before and after each client ⸻ Health Awareness • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your booking • Guests showing signs of illness may be asked to leave for the safety of others ⸻ Capacity & Space Usage • Do not exceed the maximum occupancy (10 guests unless otherwise approved) • Maintain a respectful and safe environment at all times ⸻ Beauty Services Guidelines • Licensed professionals only (where applicable) • Use clean, sanitized tools for every client • No sharing of personal beauty tools or products • Follow all state health and sanitation regulations ⸻ Food & Beverages • Food and drinks are allowed but must be handled responsibly • Clean all spills immediately • No open food left unattended ⸻ Emergency & Safety • Be aware of your surroundings and exits • Report any hazards, damages, or concerns immediately ⸻ Respect for the Space • Treat the space, equipment, and furnishings with care • Any damages must be reported and may result in additional fees
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
