Soft ambient lighting highlights the gallery walls and the large full‑mirror wall, giving the space an elevated feel and making it perfect for photos, creative sessions, or movement‑based activities. At the back of the space, a large countertop provides a natural setup for catering, displays, or check‑in. Guests also have access to one private bathroom, and rentals include the upper level only. Parking is simple and convenient: free street parking is available directly in front on Livernois, additional free parking runs along Cambridge, and a free public lot sits at the end of the block near W. Outer Drive. For safety and peace of mind, the space is equipped with indoor security cameras that record video and audio in the main areas. Health and Safety Measures

We maintain a clean, safe, and well‑kept environment for every guest. Our cleaning process includes: The space is cleaned and disinfected before and after each booking, following local health guidelines. High‑touch surfaces (door handles, countertops, light switches, bathroom fixtures, gallery lighting controls, etc.) are thoroughly disinfected. All antique furnishings, décor pieces, and gallery areas are wiped down with appropriate, non‑damaging cleaners. The bathroom is sanitized and restocked before each event. Floors are swept and mopped, and all trash is removed between bookings. Soft materials (fabrics, seating, decorative items) are cleaned or refreshed as needed. Bookings are spaced apart to allow for proper cleaning and ventilation. Hand sanitizer is available for guests. Guests are expected to leave the space in good condition by removing trash, wiping spills, and returning furniture to its original placement.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
