The space is professionally cleaned and reset before each booking to ensure a fresh, well-maintained environment for every guest. All high-touch surfaces, including seating areas, kitchen surfaces, and shared amenities, are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between bookings. The pool, pergola, outdoor kitchen, putting green, and surrounding areas are consistently maintained to ensure everything is guest-ready. The pool is serviced and cleaned weekly, and more frequently as needed based on usage, to maintain optimal water quality and clarity. Landscaping is also maintained on a regular schedule to keep the grounds clean, polished, and visually consistent with the overall design of the space. We take pride in presenting the space in a clean, elevated condition, so whether you're hosting, shooting, or creating content, everything feels intentional and ready to use upon arrival. Guests are expected to leave the space in the same general condition as it was found, with all personal items and trash removed at the end of the booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
