About The Studio House
It’s set up to utilize as a stylized boudoir studio on one half and for standard photography backdrops on the other. Furniture can be moved gently as long as put back where you found it. All props can be utilized and I have multiples of equipment including lights, reflectors,
and tripods. Vibe is moody, luxe, eclectic.

Health and Safety Measures
We ask that you sweep, clean areas
you’ve soiled and collect your trash. It is an old building and understand that it may not be perfect and gets dusty. We have access to a dumpster connected to the Carmichaels Service Center as we are connected by the alley.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
