Just a 20 minute drive from the picturesque Hunter Valley, our newly renovated kitchen is located in Maitland, NSW. The kitchen 6mx 4m kitchen offers an island layout with large cottage window on the sink side. The Island is crafted from gorgeous American walnut, finished off with raw brass handles imported from the UK. The Island bench top and surrounding backsplash is crafted from Afyon white marble and finished with a traditional bullnose edging. The island stools adorning the backside of the island are a washed American oak imported from the USA. Hanging over the island are three bold, yet traditional brass and glass pendants by Emac & Lawton. The 2 pac kitchen cabinetry is finished in Alabaster finish, a light creamy colour. The profile is a custom created profile showcasing a traditional shaker style with a twist. All cabinetry utilises brass hardware imported from the UK. Bench tops are Smartstone Bianco Puro in rounded top and bottom profile. The sink space is a two sided Belfast white traditional fireclay sink with gold sink wastes. The crown of the sink area is the Italian Nicolazzi Campania Kitchen Mixer Two-Hole with Gooseneck Swivel Spout in raw brass. Perched high above the sink area two brass sconces offering a charming focus. A small bay-esq window finishes off the area encased in the Afyon marble. Note: Area above the marble backsplash has not been tiled to date. The cooking space showcases a Smeg 5 burner induction cooktop with Schweigen range hood covered by a charming hood cover in matching alabaster 2pac to finish off the space. Flanking the hood are two coordinating walnut shelves with the right off-centre to create interest, while allowing a space for your decor dreams to run wild. Finally we have two stacked Smeg ovens and a hidden pantry door to the left of the ovens concealed to look like a built-in fridge. Note: pantry not yet renovated so not available for photographic use. Sitting opposite the kitchen is an eat-in dining space offering a Provincial Home Living table and chairs in a pale stained Oak with black metal cross backs, providing seating for up to 8 people. Lighting above the table is a wrought iron two-light linear pendant with white fabric sconces. Adjacent to the kitchen is a 6x4m living space featuring the Pasadena modular sofa by Provincial Home Living , one traditional armchair and 2 cane chairs a mushroom-coloured area rug grounding the space with a glass/gold coffee table, all anchored by a black buffet with TV perched above. All walls are painted natural white by Dulux and flooring throughout the home is engineered timber planks in colour ‘Bora’ by Heartridge flooring. Kitchen is 24m2 however if including dining space it is 36m2. Additional living space is an extra 24m2. There is also an adjacent foyer area available for use if desired.
