Perfect for: Podcast Recordings, Meetings, Photo Shoots and Small Events. The space has downtown 7th street penthouse views perfect for podcast and photoshoot backdrop. The space also has a beautiful white couch and white baby grand piano that are also great backdrops for any type of media recordings. For small events, the space can accommodate up to 30 guests standing (or with fold up chairs) and about 15 seated (table). Type of events: bachelorette parties, baby shower, engagement parties, birth day party, anniversary party, cooking parties/demonstrations and work related networking events. The space comes with a fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. The building has concierge. Check out our extras like photographer, bartender, event designer (balloons or flowers)!

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
