The event space is cleaned between events. Hosts are responsible to remove any personal items or decorations they brought into the space. Setup may begin 30 minutes before your event start time. Earlier setup must be approved and can be purchased for $75/hour. All parties must vacate within 1 hour after the event ends. All decorations must be removed and trash disposed of properly. The space must be returned to its original condition. Damage/Cleaning fee starts at $250.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
