History of the space: 3 years new modern Build, this Eastside town home sits with the Boggy Creek as its back yard, full of nature, trees, woodlands, and lots of birds and critters. The tall, stacked home is 3 stories, with an adventure on every floor. Neighborhood details: A never-ending nature trail is our backyard, with Austin's influencer gym "Lift ATX" just around the block. You can find train cars, train tracks, Urban Roots Farm, and trending coffee shops like Palamino and Stargazer, along with local gems like Justine's Brasserie. Lama Queen is minutes from the location, as well as the infamous Mueller Park with the theater Alamo Drafthouse, shops, dinning and a walkable pond just 12 min drive. Be downtown in under 15 minutes. Logistics We have 6 chairs, 4 stools, curved couch and 10 floor cushions for seating. We have 3 beds, and an outdoor gas firepit. We have 5 different themed rooms: Cheetah room, Venus room, Beetle Juice, Grandmas lounge, and cat palace. Each room with different lighting, wallpaper, decor, and a VIBE. Easy access parking that is Free all times of day with plenty of parking in and around the home. Bus stop is a 5 minute walk away, 10 minute uber from the airport. The home aside from ALL closets are available for your booking. All closets will be restricted. Any event or project that is over 8 people is subject to a one-time $100 fee.
