About TXi Studios
This studio works well for photo shoots, podcasts, company address videos, interviews, product shoots and all small studio work. There is pre-rigged lighting for keying subjects as well as background coverage, all RGB fixtures. The room is sound treated but not sound proof but have never had an issue with building noise.

Each time the studio and green room space is rented out the rooms are cleaned and wiped down.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
