This flexible, artist-led creative space is ideal for small events, workshops, rehearsals, exhibitions, music sessions, community gatherings, and intimate performances. It’s especially well suited for groups seeking a welcoming environment that supports creativity, collaboration, and connection. Guests commonly use the space for small concerts, listening parties, open mics, poetry nights, freestyle sessions, art exhibitions, pop-up gallery shows, creative workshops, songwriting sessions, rehearsals, community meetings, artist talks, mentorship sessions, photography, video content creation, and youth skill-building programs. The atmosphere is supportive and community-oriented, making it a strong fit for both emerging artists and experienced facilitators. The open-concept layout is adaptable and easy to configure depending on event needs. It includes a front gallery-style area with large display walls suitable for exhibitions or seating, a performance zone with stage capability for showcases or spoken word events, DJ setup options for live mixing, and a collaborative workspace area for workshops and creative sessions. Shared instruments and creative tools are available to support hands-on programming. Unique features include multiple pianos, PA system access, projection capability, flexible seating and standing arrangements, and a professional-style recording environment available with select bookings. Large street-facing windows provide excellent visibility for exhibitions and pop-ups. This is a working creative hub designed to help people make things, share ideas, and bring projects to life in an authentic, artist-centered environment

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The space is cleaned and reset before each booking to ensure a welcoming and ready-to-use environment. High-touch surfaces such as tables, chairs, instruments, shared equipment areas, and entry points are wiped down regularly. Floors are checked and cleared between uses, and garbage is removed after events as needed. Guests are asked to return furniture and equipment to their original locations and remove personal items at the end of their booking. Shared instruments and creative tools are maintained carefully to support ongoing use by the community. Our goal is to keep the space clean, safe, and comfortable for all creative activities and visitors.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
