What to Expect Your host will meet you on-site at your booking start time and walk your team through the space before load-in. We'll cover house guidelines and answer any questions before your crew gets to work. A note for teams scouting remotely: Know your equipment footprint before arriving. To protect hardwood floors and surfaces, we strongly recommend Ram Board, moving blankets, or similar protective materials — especially for heavier lighting rigs or large prop setups. Please factor furniture reset and full load-out into your booking window. If you anticipate needing additional time, reach out as early as possible. All bookings are hard-outs; overtime is billed at 1.5x the standard hourly rate. Cleaning: A flat cleaning fee applies to all bookings. Additional cleaning fees apply when the backyard or lower floors are utilized. Anything addressable with a damp cloth or magic eraser is considered normal wear and tear. Specialty cleaning or repairs beyond that will be documented and invoiced separately. We ask that the space be returned in the same condition as received. One more thing: We share our home with two cats. We love them — but we know not everyone does (or can). All rooms have doors to keep them contained; just give your team a heads-up.
