The building was built in the early 1900s. There are three spaces within. The first space is sunlit with a gold shine. This room employs a few work tables and a kitchen. It was original designed to be a coffee bakery shop. A few remnants of the coffee shop has been employed into the present use of the room. The space is about 800 square feet. The glass table is perfect for computer work and still being connected to the work room. Space number two is the gallery presentation space and work room. This is the perfect room for doing shoots, it is easy to control the light since there are only two small airshaft windows. The room was made for music performances. And now the space commands a down home feeling, one can sit anywhere and find comfort. The space is about 800 square feet. There is a single bathroom, part of the entry. No need to find a cafe for that moment in need. But I must say the little Village of Highland Falls is delightful. The three blocks it inhabits, has two large hardware stores, so whatever you forgot to pack, they have it. The village also has a Sushi, Gyro, Chinese, and not one pizza shops but at least ten. So there is plenty of pizza for your crew and the whole village. My preference is for small work groups, not more than ten in the crew.
