Health and Safety Measures
The Robertson is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between every booking. All high-touch surfaces including the outdoor kitchen, BBQ, bathroom, steam room and entertainment room are wiped down and disinfected. The pool area and alfresco are cleaned and reset. Disinfecting spray and hand sanitiser are provided for guests on arrival. Bookings are spaced to allow adequate cleaning time between each event.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
